Fulfillment through retail partners

Pukomc products in this catalog are sold and shipped through established retail networks. When you complete checkout at a partner store, that store's logistics take over: warehousing, carrier selection, tracking and delivery notifications all run on infrastructure that handles millions of parcels a day.

Orders in the United States

US orders are picked, packed and shipped from our retail partners' domestic warehouses, so the parcel travels inside the country and arrives on normal domestic timelines - no customs step, no import paperwork. We do not run a separate US office; the company address for correspondence is the registered one on our Contact page.

What to expect

• Speed. Most items ship from regional warehouses; typical delivery windows are shown at checkout before you pay, and expedited options are usually available.
• Tracking. You receive a tracking number and status updates directly from the retail partner.
• Packaging. Appliances ship in their retail boxes with protective inserts. The trash can two-pack ships nested - remove the retaining ring before first use. Fryers and grills arrive with all baskets, pans, lids and manuals inside.
