Returns run through the retail partner

Because checkout happens at a retail partner, returns follow that partner's standard policy - typically a 30-day window from delivery for items in original condition with packaging. The return is started from the order page in your retail account: choose the item, pick a reason, print a label or use a drop-off point. Refunds post to the original payment method once the warehouse receives the item.

Category notes

• Sensor bins. If a lid misbehaves, check the batteries first - a weak pair of AAs is behind most “broken sensor” reports. Keep the box for the return window.
• Fryers and grills. Used cooking appliances may be handled differently than unopened ones under partner policies - test your unit with a dry run early in the window.
• Kettles and juicers. Inspect on arrival; shipping damage claims are simplest in the first days after delivery.

When something is genuinely wrong

Manufacturing defects are on us. If a product fails in normal use, email [email protected] with your model and a short description - we will walk you through the fix or the replacement path, alongside whatever remedy the retail partner offers.
